Dr Shirley Kavanagh MA (Oxon) MSc PhD C.Psychol.

 

Shirley Kavanagh has been a teacher, educational psychologist, mother of four and foster carer of many more. For the past 10 years, Shirley has owned and run  FACE Youth, with the help of a committed and caring staff team. Together, they run courses in anger management, personal development and social skills and support students one-to-one.  While most of their work is through schools, Shirley does undertake some individual work for parents concerned about their children.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shirley herself is the main training provider, training parents and a whole range of educational and related professionals. Most of her training is provided in London and the South East, and she regularly runs courses for SENJIT (Special Educational Needs Joint Initiative in Training) at the Institute of Education, London.
